Ebola in Liberia

As a 2016 Duke Center for Documentary Studies Fellow, I directed and produced a short documentary film on the Ebola epidemic in Liberia. I interviewed Ebola survivors, health workers, and community leaders on how Liberians paired medical best practices with culturally-informed public health communication to end the epidemic. The film was screened at the American Public Health Association's annual conference in 2017.

Mindful Families of Durham

I directed a promotional video for the community organization Mindful Families of Durham. The video is used on their social media platforms to introduce viewers to the organization's mission and the many programs they offer to families.

Duke Service-Learning Promo

As the Video Media Assistant for Duke Service-Learning, I produced promotional videos for their programs and initiatives including the course "Religion & Peace"

I co-directed a short video promoting Duke University's campus in Kunshan, China.

East Durham Children's Initiative

As a Duke Child & Family Policy fellow, I was commissioned to complete a short documentary film on a bilingual pre-school for low-income families in Durham, North Carolina.

Duke Children's Prom video

I volunteered as a videographer for Duke Hospital's 2018 Children's Prom. I had the good fortune of meeting Katie Haynes, founder of the non-profit Smiling While Sending hope. I have edited several educational and promotional videos for SWSH, as well as a video-gift for Katie herself to commemorate the fun she had at the Children's Prom.
